Returning to the U.S. with a renewed sense of purpose, Glensky launched his first business in Sunny Isles—a dog services company. By channeling his entrepreneurial spirit, he grew the business to an impressive $40,000 in monthly revenue. Barely out of his teens, Glensky demonstrated a natural talent for identifying opportunities and turning them into thriving ventures. By 21, he exited the business, armed with the experience and capital to pursue larger ambitions. Glensky’s journey led him to real estate and private equity, where he quickly made his mark. He also founded Daleq Agency, a marketing firm specializing in innovative solutions for private equity funds. Through exclusive events, AI-driven strategies, and creative brand campaigns, Daleq Agency has become a trailblazer in connecting traditional industries with cutting-edge technology.
