With over 15 years at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, this management analyst combines a strong foundation in law, claims processing, and leadership to support and advocate for U.S. veterans. Her background includes extensive work in complaint resolution and outreach, consistently achieving top performance ratings.
She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School, a Paralegal Studies Certificate, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy, highlighting her commitment to continuous learning and service. Her dedication also extends to volunteer efforts focused on veteran education and supporting colleagues in professional development.
